At Uncommon Ground we want you to love your purchase and we understand that ordering shoes online comes with a little bit of uncertainty, so returns are available on ALL products. You may return your shoes anytime within 30 days of purchase.

 **For all returns please email returns@uncommonground.com.au so that we know to expect your parcel, and if needed, can place an exchange item on hold.

Shoes must be in original condition (with unmarked soles) and in original packaging. Please use the external cardboard box that the shoes were delivered in to return them.

Refunds, exchanges and credit notes are available for all shoes excluding sale items.
