RETURNS

At Uncommon Ground we want you to love your purchase and we understand that ordering shoes online comes with a little bit of uncertainty, so returns are available on ALL products.

You have 30 days to return an item for an exchange, refund or store credit. All items must be in original condition, unworn and with original, undamaged packaging with no tape or labels affixed to the box.

Please make sure to use the outer Uncommon Ground box to package your shoes in. We cannot accept damaged shoeboxes for returns. If you no longer have this outer box, simply use a similar sized box.

Items can be sent via Australia Post at your own cost, or through Parcel Point for free returns (only if available in your location). If you would like to use Parcel Point for a free return but are unsure if it’s available in your location, please visit parcelpoint.com.au/find-a-store/ and enter your postcode.***

When we have received your item we will process the refund, store credit or exchange and you will be notified via email. No responsibility will be accepted for items lost or damaged in the process of being returned. We recommend using a tracking ID.

Please include the completed RETURNS FORM that will be included in your parcel. If you do not have a returns form please email returns@uncommonground.com.au for a new copy.
